My career has advanced one operational role at a time, beginning behind the wheel as an independent driver and progressing into leadership responsible for fleet performance, regulatory compliance, and multi-state service delivery. That progression built a ground-level understanding of what drivers, dispatchers, and clients need, along with the operational discipline to deliver it consistently.

As a Company Recruiter I built the driver pipeline operations depended on, then advanced to Fleet & Compliance Manager, overseeing more than 30 vehicles, supporting over 100 drivers, and maintaining compliance standards across more than 10 states. Implementation Specialist work strengthened my project coordination skills: onboarding clients, aligning cross-functional teams, and turning rollout plans into working programs on schedule.

In my current role as an Independent Insurance Agent, I focus on customer service, client relationship management, clear communication, problem solving, and regulatory compliance across multiple state licensing requirements. Throughout every role, the constant has been operational excellence, dependable customer communication, and continuous learning toward greater responsibility.
